1 Bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
3 Tbsp coconut milk full fat
1 cup, Red Onion – Raw
3 Cloves Garlic
2 cups Cauliflower Riced
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp, Curry Powder

Calories/Serving: 190 Cal

Balsamic Green Beans:
5 cups green beans
1.50 cup, White Mushrooms
1 cup, Red Onion – Raw
3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 cup(s), Balsamic Vinegar
3 tbsp(s), Liquid Amino Acid
1 TBSP, Raw Agave

Calories/Serving: 140 Calories

Peanut Chocolate Overnight Oats:
1/3 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Raw Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp Chia Seed
1 tbsp Mini Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (I used Enjoy Life brand)
1 tbsp Unsweetened Creamy Peanut Butter

Calories/Servings: 432 Calories

Pina Colada Overnight Oats
1/3 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 tbsp Coconut Cream
1 tbsp Shredded Unsweetened
1 tbsp Pineapple chunks
1 bsp, Raw Agave
1 tbsp, Chia Seed
