Cheese Corn Rolls is very delicious and healthy recipe for breakfast and tiffin snack or can be enjoyed as a snack on any rainy evening.
Bread Rolls are made with the Corn, Cheese and Carrot along with Boiled potato.
Corn and cheese loved among all the age group. I have given a twist to the regular bread rolls & made it healthy by adding corn cheese and carrot to it.
Corn – 14 cup
Boiled Potatoes – 2-3
Carrot – Grated 1/2 cup
Green chillies – 2 or as per ur preference
Few Coriander leaves
Red chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil to fry
Salt as per taste
