Veg Frankie is also known as Veg kathi roll in North Indian States. It’s a pretty healthy recipe with lots of veggies and wheat is used instead of maida. You can lookforward to punch this into you kids lunch box and also as a breakfast recipe. More healthy recipes:

To make dough for rolls/ roti
2 cups or 250 grams of whole wheat flour
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil
200 ml Water or as required to knead the dough
For stuffing:
2 tbsp butter
2 1/2 cups Mixed veggies ( thinly sliced carrot, onion, cabbage, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, boiled and chopped baby corns, finely chopped spring onions
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp soya sauce
½ tbsp. vinegar
Tomato sauce as required
Amul cheese as required
