Have you EVER wondered how to make cheese?Today I am showing how I make Queso Fresco. This is the simplest cheese you can make. Feel free to use either cow’s milk or goat’s milk. I am using raw goat’s milk today! This cheese takes less than a few minutes of actual work time.

Recipe For Queso Fresco
1 quart milk
1/4 C of Vinegar ( or half and half with lemon juice)
Bring milk to 180 F ( if you don’t have a thermometer then bring it almost to a boil)
Take pot off of the heat and add your acid.
Stir this in well.
Let sit for any amount of time you desire.
Pour through a cheese cloth and let hang or squeeze out the whey.
Add any thing you wish or eat plain
