Raw Mango Juice In Tamil | Pachai Mangai Juice | Yummy Recipe | Gowri Samayalarai

Raw Mango Juice is made using a Raw Mango blended with chat masala, black salt and dry roasted jeera. This is a special juice in North India.


Raw Mango: 1

Fresh Pudina – 1spoon

black salt – 1/4 tspn

chat masala – 1/4 tspn

Jeera – 1/2 tspn (Dry roasted and powder)

Sugar – 5 to 10 tsp (according to sourness of mango )

Ice Cubes – few


First cook the raw mango in a cooker for 2 to 3 whistles with 1 cup of water. Then cool down the raw mango and remove the skin and the seed. Keep the pulp and raw mango cooked water aside.

Now blend the pulp along with pudina, black salt, chat masala, dry roasted jeera powder and sugar. Now take out the pulp in a bowl and add some raw mango cooked water and mix well. Add a slited green chilly and soak it for 1 hour by keeping the juice in the refrigerator. Before refrigerating, check the taste and adjust the sugar and chat masala. Later refrigerate the serving glass, add the ice cubes and pour the juice and serve it cool.
