2 cup chicken mince
2 cup chopped cabbage
2 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped carrot
1 cup chopped spring onions
1/4th cup chopped onion
3-4 piece chopped green chili
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp zinger paste

1 packet spring roll wrapper
Enough oil for deep fry

In a pan heat some oil. Add chopped onion. Stir & cook onion until it’s getting soft.
Add chicken mince and stir quickly. Because it can mass together in flame. Stir continuously in high flame.
Add zinger paste with chicken. Stir and mix this.
Then add chopped carrot, mix all in medium flame. Cook this for 4-5 minutes.
Now add chopped cabbage, spring onion, chopped grin chili, salt one by one. Need not to add any water. Sauté this gently in medium flame for 8-10 minute.
Not necessary to cook all items perfectly. Now add soya sauce and fish sauce. Mix all. Cook again for 2 minutes.
My stuffing is already done. Put off the flame. Transfer this in a large bowl and spread this. Cool this stuff properly.

To prepare this spring roll, I bought spring roll wrapper from super shop. These wrappers are so soft and thin. Take sheet one by one very carefully.
In a bowl, I take one egg and whisk this gently. I use this egg batter to seal rolls.
ring roll sheet. Take 2 tbsp stuff, put this in one corner of sheet. Then brush eggs in all around of sheet like video. Then fold and roll this. It’s very important to fold this properly. Firstly, fold the stuffing corner, then fold the left & right side and then roll this gently.
Follow the process from video and prepare all rolls. Now it’s ready for deep fry.
Heat oil properly. Put spring roll one by one. Fry all until brown colour. After complete to fry drain oil and keep in a serving dish. Enjoy this yummy chicken spring roll will any kind of sauce.
