How to Prepare Mix Vegetable Biryani | Easy Homemade Biryani Recipe
Rice – 2 cups,
Paneer – 400g, cut into cube pieces,
Onion – 4 large, finely sliced,
Green beans – 1 and 1/2 cup,
Carrot – 1 and 1/2 cup,
Cauliflower – 1 and 1/2 cup,
Thick yogurt – 2 cups,
Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp,
Coriander powder – 1 tsp,
Cumin powder – 1 tsp,
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp,
Garam masala powder – 2 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Oil – 1/2 cup,
Clarified butter – 2 tbsp,
Rose and Keroa water – 2 tbsp each,
Cook the rice with salt, cloves and whole black pepper.
In a big mixing bowl marinate the paneer and vegetable with all the dry spices, card and salt. Keep it a side for 30 mins.
Heat the oil in a pan, once it hot put onions into it fry until golden brown.
Take out half of the fried onions from there, into the remaining fried onions add marinated vegetable, mix well and cook it for 2-3 mins.
When oil started separating from the gravy then add rice over the vegetables and spread it nicely.
All over the rice add clarified butter, rose-keroa water and garam masala powder. Keep the lid off for 10-12 mins.
Open the lid it will be perfectly cooked, serve hot.
