2 Juices in 1 = GREEN ENERGY DRINK for today’s POST-WORKOUT SNACK + it’s also a HYDRATING JUICE for the NEXT MORNING!

Tomorrow morning’s HYDRATING JUICE! ❤

***If you don’t want to drink
this much juice at once, please
~ and/or ~
have GLASS mason jars ready
to store some of this juice for later!

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 head Celery
— 1 bunch Watercress
— 1 bunch Asparagus
— 2 in. piece of Tumeric
— 1 bunch Parsley
— 1 bunch Cilantro
— 1 Cucumber
— 1 bunch Kale
— Lettuce (a few leaves I had leftover from dinner)
— 1 bunch Spinach
— 6 Carrots

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Run all ingredients thru your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you.

— 2) For the portion of juice you’re drinking right now, just add ice if desired & enjoy!

— 3) Immediately pour any remaining juice into GLASS mason jars, sealed shut w/ PLASTIC lids (metal lids rust). GLASS JARS + LIDS for your JUICE can be found here: Then just keep your jars of juice in a fridge or cooler until you’re ready to drink some more! Your juice can stay very fresh this way for 2 days, 3 at the absolute most. IDEALLY, you want to drink juice RIGHT after it’s made. REALISTICALLY, not many people are able to make a fresh juice in the morning before work, nor while at work! So do the best YOU can & make JARS o’ JUICE! Can you dig it? 😀

— As time goes on with eating more raw, your taste buds will become more & more sensitive to the tastes of fruits & vegetables! TRANSLATION: As time goes on, fruits & veggies will continually taste BETTER, SWEETER & more DELICIOUS! I’ve been “raw” for almost 10 yrs. & my taste buds are STILL becoming more sensitive!

— Watercress is VERY healthy for you but be careful NOT to overdo it on juicing this one, as it has a strong, spicy & pungent flavor to it!

— Watercress is highly beneficial for the thoracic area of the body, i.e., the thorax, which is just a fancy name for what’s commonly known as the chest: it’s the part of your body between the neck & the abdomen, including the cavity enclosed by the ribs, breastbone, & dorsal vertebrae, and containing the chief organs of circulation & respiration—the heart & lungs.

— Watercress is also highly beneficial for the lymphatic system as a whole, esp. for lymph nodes in & around the thorax, as well as in and/or around the throat, neck, head, sinuses, brain, etc.

— To introduce your body to the unique flavors of watercress, you first might want to try throwing a few leaves of it in a salad!

— Tumeric is a great anti-inflammatory + it’s DELICIOUS!

— ASPARAGUS is one of the TOP ALKALIZING FOODS + it’s also very DELICIOUS!

— Parsley keeps your body nice & FRESH!

— Kale is loaded w/ amino acids! THE BODY PREFERS AMINO ACIDS over protein, as the body wants to make its OWN protein, not break down the protein from another animal!

— This recipe makes a LOT of juice as I make half of it for my post-workout “snack” which I sip on while in the sauna & then save the other half for the next morning! Having a green juice like this in the morning will really get things “MOVING” for you, if you know what I mean! 😀

— Thanks to all of my lovely viewers, meaning YOU, I’ve been able to secure a location in Santa Monica, California to lead 3 people through a 3-week detox program during the last 3 weeks of February! THANK YOU for helping me to make this happen! HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DETOX GROUP IS FULL, meaning NO room for more participants. 🙁

— As I mentioned in a previous vid, Krista (by her own choosing) will NOT be at the detox w/ me in CA as she wants to take the opportunity to get more focused work done on our business (remember how she was working on our website a few months ago? well, let’s just say she’ll be getting a lot more stuff like that done if I get out of her hair for awhile!) She’s also gonna be having a bunch of different friends come by to visit her at the RV while I’m away so she’s excited about that too! 😀

I believe in
complete & full REGENERATION
of the human body!
Physically, emotionally & spiritually!

Getting & being healthy is NOT
just about the food…
It’s also about always
practicing more & more

Love, Dan
